Our waitress, Ai, recommend the shrimp for me. She picked a very tasty dish for me, she kept out drinks full, and made us feel glad we came in. Thank you for a great meal. We will be back!

I haven't had pho this good since I was in Chicago. Fantastic little spot for a heart-portioned meal to soothe the soul.

We were excited to try this Vietnamese restaurant as we loved the old restaurant AHSYA that used to be at this location. We were so happy that they had the same Shrimp Spring Rolls with delicious peanut sauce! Seriously, that’s why we come here! We tried the vermicelli salad with chicken and egg rolls and the lemongrass shrimp special. The waitress was really kind and helpful. So glad we still have an awesome Vietnamese Restaurant on Southern Utah!

According to our waitress (I believe her name is Mary), Pho 101 used to be named AH'SYA. The food was great. Recently, we were stationed at St. George for four days. We went there to have dinner twice. Great Pho!

We love coming here for the vegan Pho! SO flavorful. Always great service. Best Pho in town, hands down.

I would HIGHLY recommend eating here!! The food was excellent and healthy. They give you so much food!! We got the #1 soup and shared it between three. We were all very satisfied. The price is cheap, but the quality is not. The service was excellent. The restaurant is family operated by a Vietnamese family. The owner would occasionally pass by to teach us how to eat what we were given. Very friendly service. We ordered the shrimp and egg roll appetizers. They were amazing. Served with fish sauce. The orange chicken was the best I have ever tasted, as was the shrimp.

Came here on a whim bc I was craving banh mi while passing George. st george. I was a little disappointed that they do not serve Banh mi, BUT I ordered the cabbage salad with beef and it was amazing! It reminded me of a Thai beef salad but better. Lighter im flavor but the mint and cabbage and fish sauce just went so well together. The beef was cut perfectly and not chewy. Also ordered the veggie curry and that was great as well. They do close at 530 pm but I think most restaurants in Utah close early so get there before they close

Been coming here for years. Both the old and new owners really do a great job with the pho. The broth has a lot of flavor and is not just basic beef broth. Lots of meat and noodles in the servings. Definitely the best in town.
